Our curriculum is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This course draws on ancient wisdom, neuroscience, modern psychology and evidence-based tools that help reduce stress, improve health and energy, increase self understanding and improve communication with others. Graduate circles are ongoing monthly gatherings for graduates of the Mindfulness and Meditation for Beginners 8 Week Course, either by group or private instruction. These gatherings provide support for continued practice and growth. You are not alone in this work. We're here to support you and welcome you to our Blue Sky community!
