Join our Online Mindfulness and Meditation for Beginners 8 Week group course or learn the same material privately at your own pace. Our curriculum is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This course draws on ancient wisdom, neuroscience, modern psychology and evidence-based tools that help reduce stress, improve health and energy, increase self understanding and improve communication with others. We can all agree that we are living in a time of incredible uncertainty. It's how we respond to that uncertainty that is our choice.
We can respond by jumping from headline to headline, conversation to conversation, continually distracting ourselves with our phones, shows or busyness OR we can create space to connect to ourselves and cultivate a sense of stability and calm. We have an incredible reservoir of calm deep within us that we are called more than ever to discover during these times. Do we allow ourselves to get caught up in the distractions and fear, or do we anchor ourselves in presence cultivating trust that we will figure it out one moment at a time. This doesn't mean we ignore what is going on in our lives or in the world, instead we cultivate a more grounded presence into whatever arises. Learn more

Graduate circles are ongoing monthly gatherings for graduates of the Mindfulness and Meditation for Beginners 8 Week Course, either by group or private instruction. These gatherings provide support for continued practice and growth. You are not alone in this work. We're here to support you and welcome you to our Blue Sky community!
